СОРТОВЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ФОТОСИНТЕТИЧЕСКОГО АППАРАТА И УРОЖАЙНОСТИ НУТА (CICER ARIETINUM L.) В УСЛОВИЯХ ПРЕДКАМЬЯ РЕСПУБЛИКИ ТАТАРСТАН

Представлены результаты двухлетних исследований (2024–2025 годы) по изучению формирования фотосинтетического аппарата и урожайности нута (Cicer arietinum L.) в условиях Предкамской зоны Республики Татарстан. Целью работы являлось установление связи между показателями фотосинтетического аппарата (хлорофиллы a и b, каротиноиды, площадь листьев, сухая масса) и продуктивностью сортов. Исследования проводились на светло-серых лесных почвах (гумус 4,4%) при трёхкратной повторности. Объектами служили сорта нута Приво 1, Триумф, Волжанин и Зоовит. Площадь листьев определяли методом цифрового анализа изображений, содержание пигментов — тонкослойной хроматографией с последующим спектрофотометрированием. Установлено, что в более благоприятных условиях в 2025 году у растений увеличивались содержание пигментов и площадь листовой поверхности. Максимальные значения хлорофилла a (1,464 мг/г), суммы хлорофиллов (2,178 мг/г), площади листьев (64,27 см²) и урожайности (2,97 т/га) отмечены у сорта Зоовит. Выявлена положительная связь между площадью листьев и урожайностью (r = 0,66), тогда как зависимость от содержания хлорофилла a была слабее (r = 0,50) и статистически незначимой. Связь сухой массы с урожайностью отсутствовала (r = –0,03). Показано, что сумма хлорофиллов (a+b) является более информативным показателем. Наиболее высокую адаптацию к условиям Предкамья продемонстрировал сорт Зоовит.
