Keywords:
spring camelina (Camelina sativa), yield structure, weight of 1000 seeds, biological yield, oil content, biopreparations, mineral fertilizersAbstract
The studies were conducted to assess the effect of various backgrounds of mineral nutrition and biopreparations on the growth processes and productivity of spring camelina. Field experiments were carried out on gray
forest medium loamy soils. In the soils of the experimental site, the humus content (according to Tyurin) was low - 3.0%,
mobile phosphorus and exchangeable potassium (according to Kirsanov) were very high (more than 250 mg/kg) and increased (145 mg/kg), respectively, pHsol. - 6.6. The object of the experiment was crops of spring camelina of Crystal variety, growing in the experimental field of Agrobiotechnopark of Kazan State Agrarian University (2020-2022). The twofactor field experiment included the following variants: mineral nutrition background (factor A) – control (without NPK), NPK background calculated for the planned yield of 1.5 t/ha of oilseeds, NPK background calculated for the planned yield
of 2.0 t/ha of oilseeds; plant treatment with biopreparations during vegetation (factor B) – control (without biopreparations), Nodix Premium, 0.3 l/ha, Extrasol, 2 l/ha, Biocomposite-correct, 2 l/ha. The maximum yield indicators in the field
experiments were recorded in the NPK background variants of 2.0 t/ha of oilseeds with the application of Extrasol and
Biocomposite-correct biopreparations during vegetation (1.95 and 2.12 t/ha, respectively), which is 14.7 and 24.7% higher
than the control variant. These variants also had the maximum gross yield of vegetable oil - 766 and 831 kg/ha, which is
12.3 and 22.2 percent higher than the control. The fat content in the seeds in the experiments decreased as the yield increased. Thus, the maximum oil content was in the variant without the introduction of mineral fertilizers and biopreparations - 40.5%, and the minimum was in the variant with NPK background at 2.0 t/ha of oil seeds + Biocomposite-correct,
2 l/ha - 39.2%.
